This article is for anyone standing at an ePRINTit kiosk ready to print. Nothing prints until you release it here — jobs sent from the web portal, mobile app, email, or print driver wait securely in your queue until you sign in, preview, and confirm. Kiosk locations are listed in the ePRINTit Overview.
Sign in
From the kiosk home screen:
- Login with Azure ID — sign in with your CampusWide ID (CWID) and MyPortal password. This is the option for students.
- Login with Internal user — for guest accounts. See Guest Printing Without a CWID.
- Or scan the on-screen QR code with your phone to open the mobile portal.
Select, preview, and adjust
- Your queued files are listed with their settings and cost. Select the file(s) to print using the checkboxes; Previous Prints shows jobs you've printed before, and Refresh Files pulls in anything just submitted.
- Use the Full Print Preview to inspect the document page by page before committing.
- Adjust any setting on screen — color or grayscale, single- or double-sided, page range, copies — even if you set options when uploading. The Total Cost and your Total Balance update as you change things.
Pay and print
- Confirm payment from your account balance.
- Tap Start Printing.
If your balance won't cover the job, add funds first from your phone or the web portal ($3.00 minimum deposit) — your new balance appears on the kiosk right away.
Preview before you print — failed hardware prints are refunded, wrong selections aren't. If the printer itself fails (out of paper, out of toner, printer error), 100% of the cost is refunded to your ePRINTit balance. Printing the wrong pages or the wrong file is on you, and the full-page preview is how you catch it.
Get help
If a job fails or prints incorrectly, email [email protected] with your CWID, the date and time, the kiosk location, and what happened (out of paper, paper jam, no toner). Refunds to your ePRINTit balance take about 24 hours.
