Using the ePRINTit Web App

This article is for students who want to manage printing from a browser. The web app lets you upload documents for printing at any campus ePRINTit kiosk, add funds to your print account, review your printing and payment history, and download or delete your files.

  1. Go to fhda.eprintit.com, or open MyPortal, select the Students tab, and click the login link in the ePRINTit channel.
  2. Sign in with your CampusWide ID (CWID) and MyPortal password. The web app uses single sign-on, so no separate registration is needed — your account already exists.

Your current balance appears near the upper-right corner of the screen, just below the Logout button.

Upload files (Home tab)

  1. Drag and drop files into the dotted upload box, or click Select File to browse.
  2. Your uploaded files are listed on the lower half of the screen. Check the Expires in column — files remain available for 8 days.
  3. To keep a file longer, select it, download it, and drag the downloaded copy back into the upload box. That adds another 8 days.
  4. Selecting a file's checkbox also enables Download (save the original back to your computer) and Delete (remove it before it expires).

The download links for the Windows and Mac File-to-Print drivers are on the right side of the portal. Once installed, ePRINTit appears as a normal printer on your device, and anything you print to it lands in your ePRINTit account immediately.

Add funds

  1. Select the Add Funds tab.
  2. Enter an amount — the minimum deposit is $5.00.
  3. Enter your Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX debit or credit card details and click submit.

A receipt is emailed to you, and the charge appears on your card statement labeled “ePRINTit.” Prepaid balances avoid the $0.50 credit card fee charged for per-job payment at the kiosk.

Check your history

  • Print History — recently submitted print jobs and what each cost.
  • Transaction History — recent payments, plus ePRINTit's support contact information.

Uploaded files expire after 8 days. If a document disappears from your account, it wasn't deleted by mistake — it expired. Re-upload it (or download and re-drag it before it expires) to print it.
