This article is for students who want to send print jobs from a phone or tablet. You can use ePRINTit on mobile two ways: the browser-based mobile web app, which needs no installation, or the full app from your device's app store. Both let you print documents, photos, email, web pages, and files from linked cloud storage.
Option 1: Mobile web app (no install)
- Open fhda.eprintitsaas.com in your phone's browser, or scan the QR code posted at any kiosk.
- Sign in with your CampusWide ID (CWID) and MyPortal password.
This opens the same portal described in Using the ePRINTit Web App as a progressive web app — upload, set options, and add funds exactly as you would on a computer.
Option 2: Install the full app
- Download the ePRINTit SaaS app from the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Open Account Settingsand configure your profile:
- Customer / Account: FHDA
- Description: School
- Identity Provider: tap None and choose FHDA Single Sign-On from the drop-down.
- Sign in with your CWID and MyPortal password.
Send something to print
- Choose what to print — email, pictures, files, or a linked cloud account.
- To print from cloud storage, link your accounts (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, Office 365) in the app first; after that, their files can be sent to print directly.
- Submit the job. It appears in your print queue, ready to release at any campus kiosk within 7 days.
Submitting from the app doesn't print anything by itself — you still release, preview, and pay at a kiosk. See Printing at an ePRINTit Kiosk.
The Identity Provider step is the one people miss. If you skip changing Identity Provider from None to FHDA Single Sign-On, your FHDA login won't work in the app. Set all three profile fields before signing in.
