BOG Fee waiver project

Project Goals and Objectives

• Implement the OpenCCCApply BOG Fee Waiver Application for both colleges by the start of fall 2015 registration (July 15th).
  
  

Project Scope

1. Create data download job for test and production.
2. Create schedule to run download job.
3. Enter email and error message rules into test and move to production.
4. Notify college staff of Help Desk/Support email & phone number.
5. Include marketing to change all apply buttons/links  the college websites to point to the URL.
6. Update Go live date in College table for all colleges in the district.
7. Notify the State chancellor technology office Help Desk a week in advance of going live.

Critical Success Factors

1. Successfully complete the creation of the download job which maps correctly to fields in Banner by June 30, 2015.
2. Commitment from both colleges Financial Aid Departments to complete the rules and messages by June 30th.
3. Complete the validation testing and certification by functional users by July 10, 2015.
4. Changes to the websites completed by July 15, 2015.
5. User trained and ready for operation by July 15, 2015.
