IT Project Prioritization Process

In Fall 2011 Educational Technology Services (ETS) implemented a process to determine priorities of projects requested by users. A new Website called IT Technology Projects explains the process and provides forms for users to use in requesting new projects. On this site, you can also review the status of projects that ETS is currently working on.

Requests for help from ETS:

On July 1, 2013 ETS will go live with a new ticketing/work request system for users to submit and manage their technical support issues. We believe that you will find this new system intuitive, easy to access and navigate, and will include a searchable knowledge base that will help you to help yourself. How to videos coming soon!
