BOG Fee Waiver Project Meeting Minutes

July 29, 2015 10:00-11:00 a.m.

Participants :  Lee McDonald remotely,  Jerrick Woo, Mahmood Hasan, Jim Clow, Ryan Anthony, Linda Koyama

1. Unfortunately, no financial aid users called in to join the meeting.
   
   
2.  NE (not eligible) students, who do not have an ISIR on record, are not getting an aid period.  Some non NE students are also not getting an aid period.  Xiaobin is helping us look into it.  In the past, everything was entered manually, including the aid period.  We need to verify with the users if the batch process needs to populate the aid period. 
   
   
3. Xiaobin verified that the process will skip NE records; we need to verify if that is what the users want.
   
   
4. Jim requested the users to forward Xiaobin some CWIDs for testing.
   
   
5. Approximately 50 applications have been downloaded but we do not know how many have gone end to end successfully.
   
   
6. We will touch base with Kevin and Lisa in the student meeting tomorrow.  If needed, we will reschedule the post go-live meeting.
