BOG Fee Waiver Project Meeting Minutes

June 30, 2015 2:00-2:30 p.m.

Participants :  Lee McDonald remotely, Ryan Anthony,  Jerrick Woo, Mahmood Hasan, Jim Clow,  Linda Koyama

1. Lee helped solve the object issue which prevented access to the forms.
2. Not eligible issue:  It was handled manually before and would enter the aid period.  If there is a RORISTAT record, there is no problem but if no record, the aid period is not being populated.  Xioabin is working on it.  Jim forwarded some CWIDs to Xioabin.  If it is an NE, it is bypassed.  If it is not an NE, aid year is not always populated also.
3. 50 application have come in through the on-line application.
4. Outstanding ticket with Ellucian.
5. Will reschedule the meeting when the users are available.
6. Will ask users in tomorrow's student meeting when they would like to reschedule.
