BOG Fee Waiver Project Meeting Minutes

June 23, 2015 2:00-2:15 p.m.

Participants :  Lee McDonald remotely,  Chien Shih, Mahmood Hasan, Ryan Anthony, Linda Koyama

1. Progress Update from Lee:
   
   1. Forms are ready
   2. Procedure for loading the files is in place; we're downloading files which Ryan has working well
   3. Lee is running into a problem with the process to load the files.  It is aborting part way through; it is populating some of the fields (names, SS#) but not all
   4. The trigger to process the files is working, needs to be validated.
   5. Lee has not gotten to the point where he can test common matching.
   6. Lee can contact Ryan whenever he needs to reload the files.
   7. Lee is getting a directory error.  Right now the directory points to the CCCApply variable which is a UNIX box, HPUX.  He's getting the error "invalid directory path".  He tried to put the full path in and it still wouldn't work.  Ryan will check to see if it is a permission issue and get back to Lee.
   8. Once this directory issue is resolved, Lee will need to confirm that all the fields are being loaded properly and to make sure the forms are working.  The BOGW form seems to be working properly.  All the data is not being loaded in the BOGM form, the common matching form and Lee is not sure if it's a form issue or because the data aborted in the load.
   9. Security access to the forms has been completed.
   10. The goal is to be able to turn it over to the users from tomorrow to begin testing.
   11. Lee is available Monday and Tuesday (June 29th and 30th) but may be going to San Diego from Wednesday (July 1st).
