BOG Fee Waiver Project Meeting Minutes

June 19, 2015 10:00-11:00 a.m. 

Participants :  Lee McDonald and Ryan Anthony remotely,  Mahmood Hasan, Jim Clow,  Linda Koyama

Technical Project Status:

1. Lee is waiting for the applications to be reloaded.  There were some server issues on the Chancellor's server this morning.
2. Lee will be sending Vicki a couple of forms.
3. Ryan is waiting for access to the BOG Administrator site.  We had sent a request to Patty Donohue to add Ryan and Jim as administrator's for the district since Jerrick is not available; we are waiting for a reply.Ryan's report
4. 1. The transfer job is set up; Ryan has modified the PRODN Open CCCApply job to include the BOG Fee waivers. Instead of having it run every 15 minutes, he can run it on demand.
   2. The transfer to BANPRDDB is set up.
   3. Once  Lee sets up the import procedure, we will need to set up the CRON job to run in.  
   4. Ryan is using the same directory since it's pretty much the same applications and same code.  Lee separated them by different prefixes (BOG-DA, BOG-FH).  
5. Before Lee sends the forms  to Vicki or Hasan to be compiled, he would like to get a successful load to make sure they are loading into the forms correctly.  
6. Lee will manually create an entry into the table to test the forms as a workaround while he is waiting.
7. Lee will try to log into PRODN.  
8. Jim requested Lee to send the procedures and functions that are new for the BOG Fee Waiver.  Lee will send them now, even though things will change as we test with data. 
9. Meeting with the users scheduled for Monday, 6/22/15 at 2 p.m.
10. We will request the users to create a new applications.
11. Timeline:  Lee felt  the schedule will be very tight.  Testing may not be able to start on the 24th; the hold up is getting the file in the new format.  We will touch base on Monday.
