BOG Fee Waiver Project Meeting Minutes

As of last day of testing on July 16, 2015, Foothill was working fine. De Anza is having a problem with NE (not eligible) students, who do not have an ISIR on record, are not getting an aid period. Creates an additional layer for Nina to do.
There was a FAFSA hiccup last April that effected 15,000 applications with dirty data which may have repercussions for BOG. It may be possible for Jerrick to help clean up the data. Jerrick will contact Gary and Lisa.
Everyone agreed that we should be okay to go live on Monday, July 27th at noon.
All the rules and e-mails have been moved from QA to production.
Lee can move it everything to production tonight. He will send us an e-mail when it has been moved. Lee needs the IP address and port for production.
Kevin will send out an email summarizing the decisions. We can do last minute testing today and tomorrow.
Foothill will modify ISE to include BOG A and B's. It currently runs the process for BOG Cs; Kevin will add a process to run the process for BOG As and Bs.
Ryan will run the job once a day in the early morning so that it completes by 6:30 a.m.
No need to clone PRODN this week.
Linda will contact Patty and the web teams. She will ask Patty to see if she needs to schedule a meeting.
