Overview
Educational Technology Services (ETS) partners with Facilities, Business Services, campus leadership, architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to support the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of bond-funded capital improvement projects.
While ETS provides leadership in technology planning and integration throughout the design and construction lifecycle, our role also extends to strengthening the operational framework that supports districtwide bond implementation. By fostering cross-functional collaboration, improving communication, coordinating administrative processes, and developing consistent project management practices, ETS helps ensure bond-funded initiatives remain aligned, transparent, and effectively managed from planning through project closeout.
