Overview
Strategic Operations and Portfolio Management provides the operational and administrative foundation that enables Educational Technology Services (ETS) to successfully deliver technology projects and strategic initiatives. Through responsible fiscal management, contract administration, procurement oversight, and operational planning, we help ensure technology investments are effectively managed, compliant with applicable regulations, and aligned with district priorities.
Working closely with district leadership, Business Services, Purchasing, vendors, and project stakeholders, ETS coordinates the business operations that support the full lifecycle of technology initiatives—from planning and budgeting through procurement, contract management, implementation, and ongoing stewardship.
