Strategic Planning and Operations leads contract management and vendor engagement, supports cybersecurity operations in collaboration with technical leadership, and manages administrative workflows, communications, and internal infrastructure to enable cross-functional teams across bond and non-bond technology projects. Strategic Planning and Operations also plays an active leadership role in the Digital Center for Innovation, Transformation, and Equity and the Common Cloud Data Platform (CCDP) initiative.
