What We Do
The Network Operations team maintains the foundational infrastructure that keeps Foothill-De Anza connected. This includes managing the district's wired and wireless networks across both campuses, ensuring reliable internet access for students, faculty, and staff. The team oversees network security, bandwidth management, and the systems that support everything from classroom Wi-Fi to administrative operations.
Telecommunications is also a core responsibility, encompassing VoIP phone systems, intercom infrastructure, and other voice and data communication services. Whether it's provisioning a new network connection or troubleshooting connectivity issues, the Networks and Telecom team works behind the scenes to keep the district's technology infrastructure running smoothly.
