Dr. Hadsell also serves as the executive sponsor for the Digital Center for Innovation, Transformation, and Equity, which supports statewide collaboration and digital equity efforts, the California Virtual Campus initiative, which supports statewide expanded online learning access and professional
development, and serves as a member of the leadership team for the Common Cloud Data
Platform project. Through this work and his broader leadership, he is committed to
fostering inclusive, student-centered technology ecosystems that expand access, support
success, and strengthen institutional capacity across the higher education landscape.

Dr. Kevin Kelly serves as the Executive Director (interim) of the CCC Digital Center for Innovation, Transformation and Equity, which is operated through the Foothill-De Anza Community College District. The Digital Center serves as a systemwide hub for innovation, applied research, and
capacity-building, supporting colleges as they respond to emerging technologies, workforce
shifts, and evolving student needs.

Justin Schultz
Director of Strategic Planning & Operations
Justin Schultz provides strategic direction and operational leadership across a broad
portfolio of initiatives, including planning, budget management, contract administration,
and coordination of technology grants to support districtwide priorities. His primary
responsibilities include vendor engagement and management, coordinating cybersecurity
operations in collaboration with technical leadership, and managing administrative
workflows, communications, and internal infrastructure to support cross-functional
teams, while also serving as a member of the leadership team of the Digital Center
for Innovation, Transformation, and Equity and Common Cloud Data Platform (CCDP) initiative.
