Our Purpose
ETS provides comprehensive leadership and support across all major areas of information technology, including enterprise systems, instructional technologies, client services, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives. From overseeing the Banner ERP system and implementing emerging technologies to managing districtwide technical support and cybersecurity operations, our teams work collaboratively with faculty, staff, administrators, and students to meet the evolving needs of our academic and administrative communities.
We are committed to fostering a technology environment that is inclusive, accessible, and aligned with the District’s mission and strategic goals. ETS plays an essential role in operational planning, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination – enabling the colleges and the District to effectively serve our students
In addition to core services, ETS serves as the administrative and operational home of the Digital Center for Innovation, Transformation, and Equity, a statewide initiative supporting equity-minded digital infrastructure and services across California’s community colleges. Through this work and other partnerships, we are helping shape the future of technology in higher education, locally and statewide.
