Getting Help

 Please Note: ETS plans to upgrade the KACE work request tracking system the weekend starting March 29th at 5pm going live with a new version by April 1st. And it's no April Fools joke. :-) The user interface is very similar to the current with only minor changes. Status of the upgrade will be posted here.

The ETS Call Center provides technical support for your computer, network connection, phone, voicemail, software, classroom multimedia equipment, and various accounts and passwords. Many of the answers to your frequently asked questions are available here.

You can contact us via our online request system, or phone (408)864-8324. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (closed between 12:00-12:30 for lunch). We will do everything we can to resolve your issue immediately. If we are unable to directly resolve your issue, we will escalate a work order to the appropriate team of ETS professionals and track your issue to ensure prompt resolution and quality service.

NOTE: The Call Center only provides technical support for staff and faculty. If you are a student needing assistance logging into, please contact the Admissions and Records Office at your campus.
