Attendees: Lee McDonald remotely; Sherri Mines, Joseph Ng, Mahmood Hasan, Jim Clow, Katia Rostam Yazdi, Linda Koyama
- Project Status
- Update from Lee:
- Common matching problem for multiple name students has been resolved. If there are more than two words in a first name or a last name, it will go into suspense.
- There was a loading problem that Lee has resolved.
- Lee will provide a spreadsheet of elements that are required for the CCCApply clone application in a spreadsheet (Term, student type, program of study). Sherri and Joseph will add additional fields (ethnicity, highest level of study, etc).
- Sunapsis output file format
- You can save a report format. When you choose the fields that will go into the report, you choose it by table.
- Core biographical data is always the first table.
- The order in which you choose the tables determinies the fixed order of the data.
- If there is no value, it will be a blank.
- It will be in a CSV format.
- The admissions report (the CSV file that will be converted to a CCCApply clone application) will be manually generated.
- Future consideration
- Capability for users to make term changes: For now, Katia will make the updates.
- Once the students are admitted, there will be another set of eforms (where to send the admission packet, orientation, etc).
- Payment: Currently the credit card form will be uploaded to Sunapsis, printed and then submitted to the cashier office. They are hoping for an automated system in the future.
