Sunapsis Project Meeting Minutes

January 12, 2016 2:00-3:00 p.m.

Attendees:    Sherri Mines, Mahmood Hasan, Jim Clow, Katia Rostam Yazdi

1. Project Status
   1. Phase II
   1. Lee is complete with the intake process/Banner forms in TST8.
   2. Sherri will validate the intake records the team will enter new records.
   3. Katia will import test intake data into Sunapsis; Sherri will validate.
   4. OU intake form fix by the end of the week.
   5. International team to test Lee's intake process next week and later.
   6. After validation, Lee will move into PROD.  Lock TST8.
   7. Sunapsis 3.3.1 patch in PROD by Friday @ 2 pm.

   1. End of this week, Lee will provide element mapping for app.
   2. Sherri will review and may require additional fields in Sunapsis.
   3. End of January, CSV application file expected.
   4. Lee will need to work on the back end process from the csv file.
