Office365 Project Meeting Minutes

January 13, 2016 11:00 a.m.-noon 

Attendees:   Sharon Luciw, Lisa Hocevar, Pam Eberhardt, Chien Shih, Mahmood Hasan, Claire Chang, Deepa Prasad 

1. Matt and Ryan finished the provisioning process and is under testing and certification by BC group to production. Estimated time to the production end of January.
2. ETS (Chien) is going to draft a template share document to capture the de-provisioning of license process and send to everyone including HR to comment and revise.
3. Sharon is going to create an exiting process in KACE, open to colleges and district supervisors to report employees that ending employment with the district; Chien is asking Sharon to share the development and process with ETS, Sharon said she will ask Kelly to do so.
4. Claire reported the usage statistics of O365 for the first 30 days, and share with the team, the usage trend is going up.

5. Sharon reported John Vandercook team is testing Office 365 sync. And she will report back in next week meeting.
