De Anza OU Migration Project Meeting Minutes

Attendees:   Michael Monina, Micah Roark, Alex Harrell and Larry Ching, remotely;  Mahmood Hasan, Chris Dubeau, Katia Rostam-Yazdi, Deepa Prasad, Linda Koyama 

1. Upgrade and Transporter status update
   
   1. Upgrade 10.4:  There are some issues that need to be resolved with a new feature called Tag Manager before the upgrade 10.4 can be released.  It is now scheduled to be release the week of Feb. 15th, prior to the OU Conference (week of Feb. 22nd).  No official release date available.
   2. It was decided to wait until the upgrade is ready and and applied to both SaaS and ESL instances before running the transport.
   3. Micah doesn't think the 10.4 will affect the CAS authentication or the API to update users names.
2. Take away items
   1. Chris will email the account list today to Micah.
   2. Larry and Alex will get together to talk about a good time to go live, taking into account the start of spring quarter.
   3. We will wait until next week for firmer dates for the upgrade release before we can schedule the ESL upgrade and transporter.
   4. Next meeting scheduled Tuesday, February 2nd @ 10 a.m.
