Project Goals and Objectives
- Implement the Open CCCApply for both colleges by fall quarter 2014
Project Scope
- Complete conversion from XAP CCCApply to Open CCCApply by October 1, 2014.
- Convert XAP CCCApply student applicant history to Open CCCApply storage server by December 31, 2014.
- Configure Shibboleth authentication for Open CCCApply users to connect to Open CCCApply technology center.
- Configure Open CCCApply data download to Banner to replace XAP interface.
Critical Success Factors
- Connection and installation of Shibboleth SSO to Open CCCApply by March 31, 2014.
- Commitments from both colleges' A&R offices to do the configuration in April, May 2014.
- Complete the Open CCCApply interface changes to Banner by end of June.
- Cut over to functional users by end of July, 2014.
- Complete the validation testing and certification by functional users, September 15, 2014.
- User trained and ready for operation by October 1, 2014.
