Business Website Project Team Meeting Minutes

February 4, 2015 2-3 p.m.

 Attendees:  Martin Varela, Scottie McDaniel, Joni Hayes, Chien Shih, Deepa Prasad, Linda Koyama

1. Progress report
   1. Clicked through each slider and tile for final review.
   2. Question came up regarding the iFOAP search using reports.fhda.edu/php/ifoap.php.  They would like it to have the same look and feel as business.  ETS will investigate.
      
      
   3. Risk Management page:  Will remove "last updated Oct 27 2014".
      
      
   4. One last request regarding the two slider pictures:  They would like the Procard slider adjusted so that the reflection shows. They would like to remove the district logo off the iFOAP search image, and the budget icon is not sitting on the caption rectangle box.  Katia will make adjustments and send to the business team for approval.
2. We will freeze content changes until Monday.  Once we go live, content updates can continue.
   
   
3.  We hope to plan a celebration once all the district websites go live.  Possibly conduct a survey to for the best district website.
