Business Website Project Team Meeting Minutes

January 21, 2015 2-3 p.m.

 Attendees:  Martin Varela, Carla Maitland,  Deepa Prasad,  Linda Koyama

1. Progress report
   1. Structure is in place.  Now they are concentrating on content.
   2. Carla is working on procard, environmental compliance, risk management, about us (similar to HR), contact us.  Will have more time this week to work on content
   3. Scottie is working on Grants and Payroll.
2. Sliders:

1. Financial Reports:  Will reduce to max. of 5 years of reports
2. Budget:  Not much has been done.  Many pages will be deleted or updated. (Scottie).
3. IFOAP Search:  Ready to go.
4. Accounts Receivable:  District Computer Loan Program is currently a broken link.  May be a slider topic.
1. Tiles
   1. Clicked through each tile.  Facilities & Operations, Purchasing and Safety & Security link to outside pages.  Completed.
   2. Martin would like to know how to use anchors.  ETS will get back to him with instructions.
2. Next Step
   1. Continue to work on content.  Check each link on each page to make sure they aren't broken.
   2. Choose slider images.
   3. The plan is to show Kevin next Wed. for review
   4. ETS will enlarge the accounting icon.
   5. ETS will further investigate a printing solution.
   6. ETS will need to have content finalized by February 11th to give ETS time to migrate.  The Business Team is hoping to be done by Jan. 31st.
