Business Website Project Team Meeting Minutes
January 14, 2015 2-3 p.m.
Attendees: Martin Varela, Carla Maitland, Chien Shih, Deepa Prasad, Katia Rostam-Yazdi, Linda Koyama
- Progress report
- Icons have been chosen and are currently being attached to the tiles.
- Martin will send Linda a list of pages that they would like to change to full width.
- Will follow HR's "about us" format.
- Next Step
- The Business web team will continue to work on the organization of the content, as
well as the content itself
- Considering to have the linked pages from the tiles to have a left nav and the pages linked to from the left nav will be full width. Some were changed during the meeting.
- All initial content modifications will be made by the Business Website Team. After they go live, the maintenance of the content will be delegated to others on staff. At that time more training will be needed.
- ETS will finish attaching the icons to the tiles.
- D270 is available if working away from their area would be beneficial.
- Linda will add Scottie to the weekly meeting invite.

Will have slider pictures and tile icons chosen by 1/14/15. ETS can chose temporary icons for the tiles. Cannot log in remotely without VPN access. Please contact ETS if you have difficulties in the future.
B. Need to make sure all content is up-to-date. ETS will need 3 days prior to the deadline to migrate the site.
C. Current status:
- Slider (Topics were chosen based on most Common Inquiries)
- Financial Reports: The plan is to have the latest 5 years of reports. They plan to rearrange the left nav.
- Annual Budget: Annual Budget and quarterly reports.
- Procard Too wordy? Possibly use a table?
- IFOAP Search: Will clean up the left nav and rearrange it.
- Tiles (Will need to decide on icons; will review other departments to try and stay
consistent).
- ETS can put up sample icons
- Health and Safety should be Environmental Compliance and should link to the environmental compliance page.
- Safety and Security is linked to the correct page.
D. After the site goes live, using Google Analytics you can see what part of the website is most visited and make changes later. Don't worry about making the site perfect before you go live.
