District Website Conversion Project Team Meeting Minutes
March 25, 2015 1-2 p.m.
Attendees: Natalie Petermann, John Pham, Marty Kahn, Pam Eberhardt, Sharon Luciw, Lisa Hocevar, Chien Shih, Deepa Prasad, Katia Rostam Yazdi Linda Koyama
- Facilities Website targeted to go live on March 31, 2015. The committee reviewed
the Facilities website. This will be the last district department to go live.
- Foothill College is gearing up to start migrating their webpages to Omniupdate. Their
web team will be driving the project and will be responsible for their own design.
- Footer survey. It was suggested to change the footer to distinguish it from the contents
of the page. The committee reviewed the choices and adopted the suggestion from the
survey results to add a light gray background to the footer on each district webpage.
- Chris will provide a Google Analytics training on April 29th to help evaluate the
traffic to your department's webpage and the areas that are clicked the most frequently.
It may help you rearrange the layout to make it easier for your users to navigate.

- Project Celebration is scheduled on 5/27/15 @ 2 p.m. in the Hearthside Lounge.
