Multimedia Support


Please place your requests for audio visual/multimedia reservations at least 24 hours in advance so that we can be sure to confirm your request. If you wish to borrow the equipment on a Monday, please place your request no later than the previous Thursday. You can place your requests at , or by calling us at (408)864-8324.

All equipment borrowed needs to be picked up and returned by you (not a student) at the appropriate campus Technical Services Department. At Foothill, Technical Services is located in FH 5800, and at De Anza, it is in room LCW 124. Depending on the type of equipment, you can schedule multimedia equipment for up to two weeks at a time. If equipment cannot be returned at the scheduled time, please inform ETS by calling the Call Center at (408)864-8324.

If you are experiencing an emergency with classroom multimedia equipment, please call the Call Center at (408)864-8324, then press 2 (during normal working hours of 7:00 am-5:00 pm, M-F), or press 3 after hours (M-TH from 5:00 pm-6:30 pm). This will allow you to leave us a voicemail which will page an ETS personnel to assist you as soon as possible. It is crucial that you leave a contact number (either the phone extension in the room you are in or a cell phone number). This is because very often your issue can be resolved very quickly over the phone.
