Technical Services - De Anza

 

Our Mission is customer services.  To provide technical support for faculty, management, staff and students to accomplish the goals and objectives outlined in the college's mission statement.  To provide Technical assistance for the teaching and learning process for De Anza Community College

Workstation Support:

  • Troubleshooting and repair of most district-owned desktop computers, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
  • Delivery and setup of new computer hardware, including installation and configuration of our standard software suite on workstations.

Audio-Visual Equipment:

Provide support for and delivery of Audio-Visual equipment for classrooms

Student groups may reserve equipment through the Student Activities Office located in the Campus Center.

     *Important*

A minimum of 24 hour notice is required, and equipment is reserved on a first come, first served basis.
