Telephone and audix (voicemail) support |
Phone and audix accounts are provided for permanent, full-time employees. Your Division Dean or Manager must approve any new phones, and costs may be incurred. Call (408)864-8324. Please provide at least one week prior notice for moves, adds, or changes. Moves requiring new wiring and equipment may take longer. |

Computer (workstation) support |
| Your division is responsible for providing you with a computer. If you already have a computer and need assistance configuring it, or it does not work properly, call the Call Center at (408)864-8324. Please provide at least one week notice for computer moves. |
| Software: |
|
Please contact The Call Center to schedule a technician with software installation and configuration at (408)864-8324. For a list of software that we support, check our software standards page. |

| E-mail accounts: |
|
All permanent, full time employees of the District are provided with e-mail accounts. To get an account you must allow at least two day¹s from the time of your new employee orientation with HR before you request an account.
To request an e-mail account,contact the Call Center (408)864-8324.

| Internet access: |
|
Most offices and classrooms currently have internet access.
Call the Foothill Technology Center (650)949-7578 with your room number for additional information or see our latest Internet room list.
Please note: if your building is connected to the Network but you have not had an Internet connection in an office or classroom previously, you must still contact the tech center to activate the connection in your room. Please provide at least 48 hours advanced notice for this. |

| Administrative accounts: |
|
Administrative accounts are given on an as needed basis only to permanent employees of the district for FR (Financial), SI (Student Information), and HR (HUman Resources) access. Approval from you division Dean of Manager is necessary.

SI (Foothill) - Bill Lindke
SI (DEAnza) - Kathy Kyne
HR- Margaret McCutcheon
You will also need additional approval for access to FR, SI, and HR screens.
Please provide at least 24 hours advance notice.

Audio-visual support |
A/V equipment is available for checkout or delivery for classes.
