Educational Technology Services will fix existing headsets, but if you didn't previously have one and would like one, you will need to order one through Purchasing. Your department will be required to pay for the new headset. Please contact your supervisor who will then fill out a purchasing request. If you want a wired headset, you must order both a base unit and headset. The part numbers are:
