NOTE: These instructions are only valid if your password is about to expire but has not expired yet. If the password has already expired, please call the Call Center at X8324, and we will have it defaulted.
Mac OS 9
- Open the Telnet application.
- Go to the File menu down to Open Connection.
- In the Host window that opens delete any words in the Host Name area,
and in their place, type Admin, then click on the Connect button.
- Log onto Admin with your username and password.
- At the prompt, type PWD, then hit Return.
- At the prompt, enter your old password, hit Return, then enter your new password (then verify).
- Log out.

Mac OS 10
- Log onto Admin with your username and password. At the prompt, type PWD, then hit Return
- At the prompt, enter your old password, hit Return, then enter your new
password and verify.
- Log out of Admin.

Windows
- Go to the Start Menu (bottom left hand side of screen)
- Go to Run...
- Delete anything in the box and enter Telnet Admin , then click on the OK button.
- Log onto Admin with your username and password. At the prompt, type PWD, then hit Return
- At the prompt, enter your old password, hit Return, then enter your new
password and verify.
- Log out of Admin.
