Admin FAQ: How do I get an Admin Account?

 

Step 1: To get an account, you must first determine what you need it for. Speak to your Dean or Supervisor if you have any questions.

     a. If you will be using it to access Student Records, you must first get          an SIS account.
     b. If you will be using it to access Human Resources records, you must          first get an HRS account.
     c. If you will be using it to access Financial Records, you must first
         get an FRS account.

Step 2: After you have the appropriate account (SIS, HRS, or FRS) have your supervisor send an email to: techhelp@fhda.edu. Follow the format shown below for the body of the email. We prefer to have an email request to keep accurate records of new accounts.

Expiration Date: [Date of account deletion or Indefinite]
Type of Account: [Full-Time or Part-Time or Temporary]
