If you have forgotten your reports.fhda.edu password, please follow the steps below and the default password will be emailed to your FHDA email address.
1. Open Firefox, and go to http://reports.fhda.edu
2. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link in the top left.
3. Enter your username (ugly name, universal name) in the correct field.
4. Enter the last four digits of your social security number in the correct field.
5. Enter the year of your birth (four digits) in the correct field.
6. Click on the "Submit" button below.
7. Your default password will be emailed to your FHDA email address. This is the email address assigned to you by the District and used for Direct Deposit and Time Report notifications.
8. Obtain the password and log into reports.fhda.edu. For security reasons, after logging in to your Web Reports account with this new password, please change it immediately.
