Our firewall is being constantly "educated" so that you get the messages you need, and not the spam that you don't. District faculty and staff who receive what they believe to be spam, pornography or e-mail-borne viruses that are not tagged with the word [BULK] or [VIRUS] in the subject line of the email should report those immediately. Forward the email message you think is spam to thisISspam@fhda.edu. If you got a message with the subject line containing "[BULK]" and you don't consider it spam, please forward that message to thisisNOTspam@fhda.edu. Before you send an email to either address above, please first open the email (double-click on the email in your In Box in Eudora), then in the top left hand corner of the email, you will see a little button that says "Blah Blah Blah" on it. Click on it which will reveal the headers (our firewall needs the header information). Then forward the email to either address above.
