To log in to the portal you must use your district universal name (sometimes called the ugly name or username; this is the letter/number combination whose format will be something like abc1234 with the letters being your initials), and your password. The password will be the one you currently use to get your email.
If your password has been changed and you do not remember what it is, please call the Call Center at (408)864-8324 and we can get it defaulted back to the original. We will need to verify your identify before we do so.
