How to Register a New Entry

Register an Entry in the Directory Book

1. DO NOT pick up handset first!
2. Press RG TONE button to access Directory Mode.  Enter name to dial is displayed on your phone.
3. Press HOLD button to select alpha character mode Enter name will be displayed.
4. Enter name using the dial pad to enter associated letters (e.g., press 2 for A, B, or C). Up to ten characters can be entered.
5. After the name has been entered press the MIC-OFF button. Enter telephone number will display.
6. Enter the telephone number for corresponding name. Up to 30 digits may be entered. Please include 9+ number for external calls.
7. Upon completion press the MIC-OFF button.
8. You may continue programming additional entries by repeating instructions.
9. Press RG TONE button twice to exit Directory Book and return to normal telephone operation.

4. Enter the first letter or two of the name you are searching.
5. Press the RG TONE button to display results of search.
6. Scroll through the names using the up and down arrow keys.
7. “DATA NOTHING” will appear if no result from search.
8. Lift handset or press SPEAKER when target name is displayed.
9. If the name has two consecutive letters (R R for example), hit the pound # sign in between.

1. DO NOT pick up handset first!
2. Press RG TONE button.
3. Press HOLD button.
4. Enter the first letter or two of the name you are searching.
5. Press the RG TONE button to display results of search.
6. Scroll through the names using the up and down arrow keys.
7. Display data to be corrected.
8. Press HOLD button.
9. Press the # key to move forward characters or the * key to move backwards.
10. Press CAMP-ON button to delete a character and  enter correct character.
11. Hold the CAMP-ON button for 2 seconds to  delete all characters.
12. Press MIC-OFF button upon completion.

2. Press RG TONE button
3. Press HOLD button
4. Enter the first letter or two of the name you are searching.
5. Press the RG TONE button to display results of search.
6. Scroll through the names using the up and down arrow keys.
7. Display Directory Book data to be deleted
8. Press the MIC-OFF button and the CAMP-ON button sequentially.
9. “Delete? Yes (1)/No (0) is displayed.
10. Press 1 to delete.
11. “DELETE COMPLETED” is displayed.
