Installing Meeting Maker 8.5

Please choose your Operating System

Macintosh Windows

Difference in installation for Windows and Mac users

For Microsoft Windows users the new upgrade will be automatically installed on their computers when they first log into Meeting Maker

If you are a Macintosh OS X (10) user, you will have to manually install the new version on your computer. You will need to download the installation software below and run the installer.

If you are a Macintosh OS 9 user, you will NOT be able to install the new version on your computer. There will not be a new version of Meeting Maker for the Macintosh OS 9 operating system. However you will be able to use the web version of the new software. The web interface contains most of the features and functions of the client version, so you will not be disadvantaged.

1) Start the installation process by clicking this Meeting Maker 8-5 Download link. Note that this is a large (6.9 MB) file and may take a few minutes to be transferred. The Call Center has reported that users may have a problem with this file downloading properly in Netscape, so you will want to use Safari, Explorer or Firefox instead.

You may be asked where to save the file. Choose "Save to Disk". An icon will appear on your desktop that looks like the one below. You can delete this file once you have completed the following steps of the installation process.
