If you have forgotten your liquid.fhda.edu password, please follow the steps below and the default password will be emailed to your FHDA email address.
1. Open Firefox, and go to https://reports.fhda.edu:446/php/liquid_office_password.php
2. Enter your username (ugly name/universal name) in the correct field.
3. Enter the last four digits of your social security number in the correct field.
4. Enter the year of your birth (four digits) in the correct field.
5. Click on the "Submit" button below.
6. Your default password will be emailed to your FHDA email address. This is the email address assigned to you by the District and used for Direct Deposit and Time Report notifications. If you have changed your password from the default and do not remember it, contact the Call Center, and we can get it changed to the default for you.
