An Admin account (formerly known as a VAX account) is HALF of what you need to access the Student Records System (SIS) , the Financial Records System (FRS) , and the Human Resource System (HRS). These systems can be accessed using terminal emulation software such as Telnet (on a Mac), or Tera Term or Telnet (on a PC). To access HRS, SIS, or FRS, you need both an Admin account and an HRS, SIS, or FRS account for the respective system your job duties require.
Note: An Admin account is for users who will need to query, add, edit, and delete data in HRS, FRS or SIS. |
